"The butterfly effect is an idea that one tiny movement
can create a wave with potential to influence
a bigger change in the future."
Simon says...
Simon Chang’s philanthropic efforts began in 1986
focusing on education, healthcare, and community support.
In 2018, the new Simon Chang Foundation for Change unveiled the Arc of Life program
to better the lives of people at various stages of the lifespan,
by bringing awareness and assistance to areas such as
neonatal care, special needs education and eldercare.
The Foundation is unique in its hands-on approach supporting Simon’s belief
"it takes only one act of kindness to change a person’s life."
Projects like the Simon Chang Moment in Time Program grants wishes to the elderly;
the Simon Chang Difference Maker Award celebrates individuals
who impacted the lives of others by improving their world;
the Simon Chang Scholarships honor students across Canada
for achievements in visual arts education.
The Simon Chang Foundation for Change
embraces inclusion - not exclusion, promotes respect - not fear of diversity.
Together we can make a difference.
